How do I upgrade the firmware?

The router firmware can be upgraded using the same methods as other DrayTek routers, either using the separate firmware upgrade utility or via the routers web interface.

The VigorIPPBX also has a separate memory for User Prompts and System Prompts that together form the IVR. Please see the VigorIPPBX FAQ entry on Prompt Maintenance for instructions explaining how to upgrade, backup and restore the User Prompts and the System Prompts.

You can find out which firmware the router is currently running from the [System Maintenance] -> [System Status] menu
