Probably because it's running on freebie phpBB, which appears to be an old version (given the Copyright notice), rather than something more modern. You'll also notice the lack of any kind of official presence from Draytek, despite the forum being hosted under their domain name, and plenty of unanswered posts. From my perspective, their support is severely lacking.
