I have a Vigor2710 ADSL2/2 router managing a domestic network of 4 computers and have been in increasingly tense dialogue with my ISP, Plusnet over several weeks about poor upload data rate of about 288 Kb/s . Eventually they blamed my router modem, which I vigorously defended but had in the end to agree to an extended agreement with them to obtain one of their modems.
I am amazed to find that this new modem averages an upload rate of 375 Kb/s.
Is the a problem with my DrayTek or a setup parameter I am unable to find that fixes the problem?
Would welcome advice.
