How to make complaint was created by neesy111

Does anyone know how I make a formal complaint to Draytek?

Our router has went faulty for the 2nd time in 8 months which is completely unacceptable.

You need email info@draytek.co.uk & they will tell you, Never made a complaint to know the process but that email they will advise you

Seems very unusual; was it the same problem the second time, or something different?
