May be a silly question - but have you tried the backup/restore functions under system maintenance?.

Yes Tried that 1st, it came up with incompatible backup. I think it is to do with firmware version difffrence. Solved problem by totaly programming from scratch. Including the Dial in Networking settings. All working fine so I thunk this needs to be marked CLOSED and thank you all for ideas.

It should work...but maybe you were trying to go from a V2, which may not work as that's a later model
