Hi All

I have a query related to upgrading firmware VIA ACS on different router models, I have managed to set up a firmware upgrade for All Draytek 2820n's, 2830n's, 2830n v2's and 2860n+, however when I try to deploy to the 2860n's I have had multiple issues with the older versions of firmware
Is anyone aware of any reasons as to why the router's may not communicate back to ACS and install the firmware? Or any reasons why ACS will not even attempt to deploy the firmware to said router?

Any help or idea's will be much appreciated
