Hi guys
I have a router installed on a site with an LTE connection, was working fine for 8 months and now it doesn't, looked on the online status - Physical connection page and under USB Modem it says Device not found.
I have updated the firmware, factory reset, restored from backup configuration and nothing works, its like the USB modem has died.
If anyone could shed some light or have a past experience i would be very grateful for any help.

Silly question - but I guess you have checked the USB modem works on another device?

Its a built in LTE sim slot in the router, i have tried other sims in it and the sims in other devices and they work just fine.

If the web interface reports that it hasn't detected a modem on the WAN3 interface, please contact the support team for assistance, that indicates there could be a problem with the LTE modem.
