I very rarely have issues with any of my Draytek products but today I swapped my Vigor 130 to a different line and it won't sync.

Scanning google for the issue, I can't see any of the manuals as you are required to login using your email address and when I 'forgot my password' I get "Reset password failed: This user is blocked. If this is an error, please contact an administrator.".

Can anyone help me get reset?

The manuals are available on the firmware download site (although they're not always up to date it would seem).

You do not require any login or registration to access the user manuals / QSGs and no-one has been banned.

Thank you for the replies. The issue in the end was the SNR and decreasing by -30 got a stable connection.

For the post above, this link https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-vigor-130-setup for example requires me to login with my email address.
