Looking to buy a Router/modem that will replace ISP - Sky SR203 on normal phone line to house.

Asked all round about their routers but still haven't got to the answers I need to make right choice.
So hoping that someone has done it! With a DrayTek and knows which one in the list?

Requirements I seek -- Port Triggering & Port Forwarding, QoS, WPA3 security, and maybe with or without VoiP , VPN, OpenVPN.
I think this is the right information as I have asked all over the place nobody has confirmed it or said it works for them so this could be the wrong ?
It seems I need to be able to select from an ISP List in the router table!
And I need to select Sky (MER)_VDSL, VLAN enabled ?)
I need a router that does PPPoE ? option 60-61 aka MER
which of DrayTek Stable do all of these please if any? Be nice if its a Wi-Fi 6 AX all the better or am I dreaming as long as I can get it to securely work! With good connections.
