Not getting hardware acceleration on 2862 was created by mgillespie2
Followed the guide here:
https://www.draytek.co.uk/support/guides/kb-hardware-acceleration-tips
and pretty sure I have everything I need disabled. (I'm using WAN2 with a BT FTTP connection, and not using the onboard DSL)
Any other advice? Thanks.

Hi Mgillespie2,
You should check out this video:
https://www.draytek.co.uk/our-solutions/videos/draytek-webinars/draytek-router-wan-performance-and-hardware-acceleration
It might shed some light on your issue(s).
I have a 2862 also, running the latest 3.9.9.2 FW and it has been operating fine with Hardware Acceleration enabled.
WAN2 only enabled (WAN1 disabled) and on a 550Mbps Virgin ISP line. I consistently record 530+ Mbps on every speed test; have done for months now.
One thing not mentioned in this video, and not in any other document, is that I experienced a restriction of 250Mbps when using a ‘Default Rule’ in the Firewall, for WCF. When I removed this WCF rule, the speed returned to full throughput, although that WCF issue was on a 2927ax model.

Hi, link is broken. What was the name of the video, so I can find it manually?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Hi, yes sorry, the link wasn’t all there. I have updated it now, and yes, your one is the same link.
