I have literally just finished doing this tonight.

Settings I have as follows:

register via - Auto
don't check call with registration
SIP Port - 5060
domain/realm - sipgate.co.uk
proxy - sipgate.co.uk
act as outbound proxy unchecked
account number - your acc no
authentication id - don't check box and then enter your account no
password - your password
expiry - 1 hour
NAT traversal - none
ring port - I have both selected
Ring pattern - I am on 3, but I have 2 other SIP accounts which are on 1 and 2 respectively.

As soon as I ok it all I got a "R" status right away. Works a treat I must say. Thought it would be more difficult to set-up than it was.

Draytek Vigor 2820Vn
Firmware: 3.3.2.1_211801_A
Pipex Business (8Mb - Getting 3 - 3.5Mb)

I'm using 3 SIPGate accounts on my 2820vn also and they seem to work fine, except that the phone doesn't ring on an incoming call. If I see the "Phone 1" LED on the Draytek and pickup the phone everything is great...but it would be better if it rang!

Have you had any similiar problems with incoming calls?

Many thanks

I have 3 accounts although not all sipgate. I've only tried using the sipgate account for incoming at present and that works a treat. I also have it set up to have the PSTN into the phone, which also works.

I don't have the splitter on my router, I only have 1 phone attached.

I would try removing 2 of the accounts and the splitter and see if you can get incoming to work at all. If it's still not ringing then maybe it's a phone problem or the phone setting? (I've set mine to UK, although I don't know if that's needed)

Hope you get it sorted, Mike...
