If I have two Vigo 2820Vn, is it possible to make some sort of "site to site" VoIP connection?

I know there are products out there that allows such functionality, using not only IP addresses but DNS names (such as DynDNS).

What I mean is, if I lift the handset at one side, I could call the other side by a special preconfigure number, and vice-versa, without the need of a service provider?
