Do I need any specific settings to enable CallerID on this router.
I don't get it with SIP or PSTN calls.
Currenly using firmware 3.3.2_RC8 but have also tried 3.3.1.2 with the same lack of success.

Hmm, it definitely was failing for me prior to 3.3.1.2 but now it is working again. Not sure about 3.3.2.

And mine.
I cant understand what the issue is with this. CallerID is sent between the first and second ring i believe, at least in the UK
It's actually a major annoyance!

I changed my phone and now get Caller ID for VOIP but still nothing for PSTN.

No, before the first ring.
The problem is that the router, when idle, has the phone port switched to the VoIP system, not through to the PSTN, so the router has to monitor the PSTN itself and then reproduce the caller ID for the phone port...I think...
