VOIP on 2910 - only 1 line will register

VOIP on 2910 - only 1 line will register was created by g3sna
I have a 2910 with v3.2.2 firmware. The VOIP setup looks just like the one in http://www.draytek.co.uk/support/kb_voip_sipreg.html with the first line registered but not the second. How do I get the second line to register?
