Voicemail Problem With IPPBX 2820 and Vigor 350 Phones was created by nicenswift
All seems setup O.K. and can make calls internally and externally (Using Draytel SIP) from the 350 Phones.
We can also recieve phone calls fine from outside.
We can also leave voicemail messages when we ring internally from phone to phone and the 350 flashes to say voicemail left
But
When we recv a call from outside and let it go to voicemail we never get notified and when we dial 888 it says no voicemail left.
Any help greatly recvd.

There is a helpline number specifically for the PBX you can call....er, but I'm not sure what it is, but ask your supplier or info@draytek.co.uk

We are a dealer trying to get answers from technical support but cannot get an answer to the above problem

I think that issue was fixed in latest firmware.

hi nicenswift,
when you set up the extension on the IPPBX did you set up the MWI to Notify user who subscribed or force notify user?
If you have set to notify user who subscribed try setting the option to force notify user and see if you still experience the problem.
