IPPBX was created by scuggins
I have an IPPBX 2820 router and it all seems to be set ok. I can make and receive calls by a vigorphone 350 that is on the same network but when I try to use a 350 offsite I can make and receive calls but the other user cannot hear my voice although I can hear them.
Do I need to open ports on the router at the remote site?
Thanks

You may need to use a STUN server...or some other solution which I can't remember right now, but call the spcial PBX support line and they should know.

Do you have a contact email or number, as I can't see one on the web site?

There should be a slip of paper in with the router but if not, call SEG and ask them for the IP PBX Helpline number and they should know it. Sorry, I don't know it myself as I don't have a PBX
