Nope, I don't work there, so I probably wouldn't know the names, but DrayTEL don't operate by phone, except for the paid-for accounts. i.e. DrayTEL free accounts are supported only by email...but they do reply to every email...so re-send; they probably didn't get. If it's a follow up, maybe it slipped out somehow, so give them a reminder... Point taken on the PBX but actually things are now pretty good; a few features I'd like to see added still though.

Hi admin, we have a paid for account so we have been in phone contact with DrayTel.

For a small business system not being able to transfer an external call to another internal extension is a big issue, as well as not having a central voice mail box. These should all be fixable in time, but really should have been sorted out before launch.
