HI,
We have a customer who has a draytek 2820. Do any one know if the 2820 supports SIP transformation or SIP translation.
We have a Mitel 3300 will connects to a SIP provider, we need the draytek to transform the SIP header so instead of the private IP of the Mitel be presented we need it to present the public IP.
thanks
Ka;.

Hi Ka,
What version of the 2820 does your customer have?
Obviously it is a NAT traversal issue your having with SIP is that correct?
If so, One solution would be to use a STUN/Proxy server.
Would need to know a little more about the setup network wise e.g where the 2820 and the mitel 3300 sit on the network. Whether your using NAT or routed IP in order to understand the issue in detail.
