No audio from off-network extension was created by elpablo
We've got our Vigor IPPBX and VigorPhone setup. Almost everything is working (after quite a lot of firmware upgrades, and tweaking!) - internal extensions, external SIP calls, etc.

the one problem remaining is that when on a call with an extension set up outside of our VPN, there's no audio from that extension. They can hear me, but I can't hear them.

Any solution to this?

Hi. I have found this to be a router problem. Netgear are bad, so was Belkin until a firmware upgrade of the router cured the issue. Dlink worked ok though.

There's no router, other than the IPPBX itself. It's directly connected to the ADSL2+ line.

Sorted
Got mine working by using a STUN server, works a treat.
I used the free stunserver.org
