Is anyone else having any issues with the volume of the Music On Hold feature. i.e too loud on some calls?

Yes, all calls it's pretty loud - almost overmodulating.

The default hold music is pretty nasty :)

Maybe the default line volume needs changing, I've not had the chance to tinker with that yet.

I think uploading your own will be possible in the next or soon firmware...ask support but also request a turn off feature :-)

Is it correct that this feature cannot be switched off? I've tried disabling it in the web interface (Phone settings> Ring Tone > Music on hold > Disable), and in the phone interface, to no success.

Any help?

There's a command to turn it off in next f/w and it will also be replaced with something nicer/quieter later.

Is there any ETA on the new F/W? Sorry, but I have people in the office that are more than a little annoyed by it.
