IPPBX 2820 and Gamma SIP was created by chrispellatt
Hi,
I have the following issue. I have a Draytek IPPBX 2820, Draytek VPH 350 phones, using Gamma SIP channels. I have no problems using the phone internally, and dialing out, my problem is with incoming calls. When I call my SIP number I get "Number not in use". When tested with a Draytel SIP channel it works fine for inbound and out bound, it just seems to be a problem using the Gamma SIP's with the Draytek. I have tested the Gamma SIP channels using a softphone direct with out using the Draytek PBX and it works fine, for inbound and outbound.
Please could someone where my issues is, and how do I resolve it. Thanks

Problem has been resolved. The SIP numbers are setup as a DDI range, so I setup the Alias settings, and configured the number with the prefix 44. All working fine.
