Hoping someone can help!!

I have just received my IPPBX 2820, thinking that it would be documented how to attach phones and would be an easy process I failed.

Can anyone help me connect these phones to the switch. I have configured 4 sip trunks that work ok (Sipgate). The phones are a mystery to me.

I have also the same problem with Snom 320s and Berkshire 5000s

Thanks in anticipation

I don';t know that phone but setting up the phones to talk to the PBX should be similar to direct to a SIP provider. The PBX's LAN IP address is your server address and then the extension username/password is what you have set on the PBX.

Hi Ian,

Did you get your Grandstream GXP200 IP Phones working with the IPPBX2820 ?

If, so what is the call quality like, and did you have to do much tweaking of the router/phones ?

Nigel.
