I have been using trixbox server for over a year with Netgear and last month I purchased Draytek 2820vn router.

since then I was not able to use SIP port 5060.

I tried forwarding the port 5060 to the server's IP but with no luck.

is there any known issues with 2820vn and trixbox?

change the sip ports on your router in the voip section.
by default all the sip accounts will also be set to 5060

by changing them to something else, e.g 5061 this will allow the port forward you have set to work properly
