I have a 2820vn and can't work out how to transfer inbound PSTN calls between handsets?

Someone said that you do recall and then the ext number followed by #

Does that mean that it should be R 2 # or R 02 #? tried both and it wont work. Running latest version of firmware.

Any ideas?

I found this info

Can I call between the two ports?

Yes, if your router has two VoIP phone ports (e.g. Vigor2820Vn) you can make a call from one phone to the other locally - this is sometimes known as an 'intercom' facility. Lift the handset and dial 10# or 20# for the appropriate port. Do not set any dial-plan entries which conflict with these codes.

On older VoIP models dial 01 or 02 for the appropriate port

but this also does not work on my set-up

The funny thing is I used to do this but with an older version of the firmware. I can only think that something has changed or it is now not possible.
