What is the best way to set up QoS particularly for VoIP traffic on the Draytek network switch. I have a Panasonic VoIP handset which links through a 2820 back to the office and sometimes the voice quality is not as good as it can be and I want to eliminate the switch as a possible problem area.
I had a Zyxel switch before and that was straightforward, the Draytek appears to have lots more options for QoS but that is serving only to confuse me, even after reading the manual.
Thanks in advance - Terry
