VOIP cutting out when PSTN call comes in was created by dannyboy1121
Hi folks,

I'm using a 2710 Vn at the moment and it's manages my VOIP line and also converges PSTN.

We use VOIP for outbound calls and the savings have been great. Anyway, on to my issue.

It seems to me that recently, if we get a PSTN call whilst already on a VOIP call, it kills off the VOIP call rather than sending an engaged tone back to PSTN.

I had a hard time convincing the wife to go VOIP and I want to sort this out before she starts complaining.

Someone, somewhere - give me a merry PSTN free Christmas by helping me solve this silly issue.

Any ideas?
