I've just installed a IPPBX2820n for a client, & I'm a little worried that the calls are not being terminated properly.
After making an outgoing call (from an external WAN connected extension), the Extension Monitor still recorded the extension status as OnCall. The Call Details Record log does list a duration against the call so I beleive the call haas been terminated properly, but it would be good to see confirmation in the Extension Status.
Does anyone know if this is usual?

Replied by postdead on topic Ext Status - still On Call
Yep - I am getting this too. Call log shows call duration but Extention Monitor shows On Call for that ext.
