DrayTek Vigor 2710N - CID was created by luke_brown
Hi
We have several remote uses all using DrayTek 2710n, with 2 SIP accounts.
Upon checking they are all using the same firmware version: 3.3.5.1_232201
They are all having an issue where by inbound caller ID's are not displaying on the phones (all different makes and models), the routers are keeping a log of all inbound caller ID's, but this information does not seem to be being passed on.
Any help that you can provide would be great,
Many thanks, Luke

CID works OK for me, but only if the call is from another VoIP user.
CID from a PTSN caller has never worked for me and others too.
That was on 3.3.5.1 f/ware also.
Just this morning, upgraded to 3.3.6.1_232201 as I saw this in the release notes....
"24. Added Caller ID display from PSTN (NL)"
Still doesn't work !
Might for the Dutch though

...stop press.
Try entering the following in a TELNET session:
voip dsp relaydbounce off
It might have adverse effects, but at least it does now show the CID on PSTN calls for me.
