Hi All,

We have setup the IPPBX 2820 with 6 VigorPhone 350's and our ISDN Lines and all working OK on 2 trunks at the moment.

However we have one VigorPhone 350 that we have bought a Plantronics SupraPlus HW251 Wideband Monaural Headset along with the U10P-S cable and when we use the headset we can hear the person we have called OK but they cannot hear us.

Ive tried mucking around with the headset settings in the VigorPhone's web interface but still cant get the person on the other end to hear us. There is no buttons at all on the headset itself.

Has anyone ran into a similar issue or does anyone have any suggestions as to why this could be happening? Perhaps we need to buy something additional?

Any input much appreciated.

It should be a U10P cable.

Hi,

Please ask for a update firmware version for your VigorPhone350.

Its a known issue. ;-)
