Auto-Attendant Extension Dialing

Auto-Attendant Extension Dialing was created by nkillick69
We the auto-attendant is one and prompts for an Extension the PBX connects the call and the ext rings. However, when you pick up the internal extension the call gets dropped by the SIP provider (Gradwell) with a "Loose Routing Forbidden" SIP packet from the SIP provider.

Any ideas why this is happening?

OK. Problem seems to revolve around the SIP Trunk Proxy port. If I empty the Proxy field the call goes through, however I only get on way voice.
