We've seen this issue a couple of times now - a phone will display it's web interface logon page and then not allow you to log on - putting in the user "admin" followed by the password (or even leaving the password out on a phone with no admin password) simply causes the logon page to re-display. No message about incorrect login.
Reflashing the phone and reloading the config always fixes it, but this is a bit over the top. We also know that because this "fixes it" we can't be using the wrong password.
This problem has only appeared since loading firmware 12202.26.1.07F (we can't go back to .06 because of unusable volume levels).
