Cannot Dial out.

Hi,

Afraid I a am a newbie to VOIP although I do IT as a living :-)

I have got a Vigor2110 and can receive inbound SIP and PSTN calls without a problem. However, I cannot dial out. Whenever I do the following happens:-
- Get dial tone.
- Enter number (Vigor status says "processing")
- After a period of time I get an engaged tone (Vigor status says "hang up").

I am not sure how to produce a config dump (if someone can advise if needed) but the output of the telnet log is below....
