With the Vigor IPPBX2820 I would like to directly route to an IVR option (the first message the caller will hear) dependent upon how the call comes in either trunk / DID etc. Is there any easy way to achieve this with the current firmware?
ie...
Incoming call Trunk1 -> PBX -> IVR #1 -> Play Message #1
Incoming call Trunk2 -> PBX -> IVR #2 -> Play Message #2
Incoming call from 12345 -> PBX-> IVR #1 -> Play Message #1
Incoming call from 54321 -> PBX -> IVR #2 -> Play Message #2
All options in the web interface point squarely at a single point of entry "Auto Attendant".
