Call Transfer IPPBX2820 was created by orbit
Hi,
wondering if anyone has an issue with transfering calls on IPPBX2820. We recently installed the Beta firmware to our 350 phones (to fix the quiet calls issue) and since then each day at least 1 call doesn't transfer correctly. When we put through call the other extension takes a while to ring then when call gets taken there is a delay on the voice traffic.
In most cases no other calls can be made and we need to reboot the IPPBX2820 (not the 350) to fix. Sometimes the issue seems to crash the systems ability to make or receive calls.
A lot of the time we're transferring to a SNOM M9. However this did work fine up until recently. Hard to tell if its only when transferring to the M9 - we think we've had it when transferring to the 350s too.
Should add that these calls come in over ISDN2.
I've spoken to tech support who've given some instructions on logging but I'm not sure how much use that will be.
Have to say that so far since using these systems we seem to update firmware to fix one thing and find it breaks another.
Any ideas or things we can try would be greatly appreciated.

We've had loads of call transfer issues, all of them have now been resolved with the latest firmware - 3.5.6
