We have a 2820 IPPBX with an ISDN Trunk. When making outgoing calls, it is displaying the wrong number on the other Phone. There was a different number set up on this phone system before, but we have since changed the "Own Number" field and the MSM field. Could it be remembering this from somewhere else?

Turned out that this was an ISDN line configuration issue. We got the provider to change the Presented number and all works perfectly
