Hi,
We have an issue with one of our client's Draytek phone system. They run an IPPBX 2820 with all Vigor Phone handsets. Their Voicemail works fine when sent to email but when you collect via a handset, it is intermittently silent (ie it says you have a message but then plays a blank message) - when you play the same VM via the PC, it has sound and works perfectly.
Can anyone give any insight on what might be wrong or will I have to call the IPPBX support line?!

Just a note to say that this issue is definitely resolved with Firmware version 3.5.6 - confirmed by 2 different customers
