Not sure if I am posting in the correct place so apologies if not.
I am using a Draytek 2830 with a snom 370 phone and Voipfone as a SIP provider.
The phone tends to work ok - but every now again unregisters itself. The log file on the phone reports :
13/10/2011 16:42:17:Transport Error: Pending packet 1002934: generating fake
[5] 13/10/2011 16:42:20:Add dirty host: udp/195.189.173.27/5060
[5] 13/10/2011 16:42:20:timeout::callback: Registering with timeout of 0 ms
[2] 13/10/2011 16:42:20:Transport Error: Pending packet 1002935: generating fake
[2] 13/10/2011 16:42:20:Registrar 30152516*200@sip.voipfone.net timed out
I am a novice at this - called Voipfone and they told me it's a router problem so don't know where else to go.
Anyone have any ideas? Could it be firewall settings??
