Just in a process of implementing the 2820 Ipbx with 8 350's and the way we need them setup is to hunt group ring phones in order, and ring next when first is in use, but at the moment the when the first from the list is used and a second call is received still the first phone rings on 2nd line any way to block the 2 line capability or a hit to configure it so when 1 busy will ring the 2nd straight away ?

You can disable call waiting. This is done by browsing to the webpage of each phone and going to Phone Settings > Other Settings > Call Waiting Configuration > Disable
