Unit was not terminating calls correctly, called phone line being held off hook, so decided to do a full factory reset.

Now all functionality is lost, I cannot get the POTS phone extension to show as online in the extension monitor, yet the phone has a dial tone. Some settings that I have tried to apply appear to get lost. E.G. changing the pots phone from 901 to 2901, stays for a while, but eventually reverts to 901. Has anyone gotany ideas as to why the POTS phone plugged directly into the unit appears offline?
