2820n SIP calls cut out was created by samratcliffe
Hi Guys,

I have a draytek router 2820n installed on our network, we recently installed xlite and are using a web based telesales dialler to call out. During some calls, the call cuts out. I believe this is something to do with the Draytek router, and on one website they claim its a fault with the router (see url below). Can anyone shed and light on this? Will I need to replace the router with one which is compatible with VOIP.

Many Thanks'

Sam

I think there were some voip corrections in the later firmware 3.3.7.1 available at: ftp://ftp.draytek.com/Vigor2820/Firmware/v3.3.7.1/AnnexA/ regards, Neal
