SIP Trunk Registration and Outbound CLI

I'm having trouble with SIP Trunks.

I've recently set up some extra numbers that we hope to use for other locations and they work fine. You can dial in on these other SIP trunks with no issues but on the SIP Trunk list they show as not registered.

Why is only the original SIP trunk showing as registered and not the new ones when they are all set at auto to register?

Also this might be solved if I can sort out the registering issue but I have tried setting up a dial plan so you can dial out using one of the other SIP trunks. This is so that anyone looking at caller ID will ring back the number that called them that way we don't end up transferring people all the time.
