I have set up a Draytek to replace a client’s BT router.
I have configured the VOIP settings with bt2.btsip.net, entered the username and password etc (without the @btsip etc after the phone number) and appear to have registered with the SIP server (it says R for registered).
However when I try to make a call I get the error “sorry calls cannot be made on this number”. Incoming goes straight to BT 1571 which it did with the old router…
The status window shows calls being made out to mynumber@btsip.bt.com but give phone message error as above.
I guess I am missing something. Can you help?
