Accessing Voicemail from ciso 303 phones

I am trying to set up a small office at present brought 5 303 cisco and a 2820pbx. Set up all phones and SIP trunk OK, with the exception that the voice mail does not end up with the correct extension. i.e. you phone extension 103 leave a message. The phone indicates a message is there both by alert (red light on phone) and on screen, however when you access it by the 888 number you are told there are no messages. The message however can be found in the 101 extension mailbox (the first one i set up) can anyone tel me if there are any quirks when configuring these systems - password is same for all extension to access the voice mail.

I have upgraded o the latest firmware

Problem solved, misunderstanding in how the ordering of events occurred when adding phones into groups and then moving on to voice mail. It is a same that once gone to a group there is no option to revert back to the numbers voice mail but apparently b then it has lost that link!!
