vigor 2820 Voip call quality problems

I would be grateful for some help to tweak any settings in order to stop the breakup of a call by concurrent internet usage.
I'm not sure what I need to say about the setup other than it is a BT line and a BT sip addres Im using for the voip. Works consistantly but the signal breaks up when others are on the internet. Just two PCs and a couple of phones on the wifi so not overly taxed. The internet speed is about 4mbits down and 500up
