Hi,

I really hope someone can help with this because it has me stumped..

I have a 2710vn router and I am trying to get a SIP VoIP connection to work properly.. I have a 2800vn setup and working perfectly at another site but setting up the 2710vn exactly the same still has issues..

Basically if a make a call from the SIP extension it works fine.. Audio both ways and clear..

If I receive a call on the extension I can hear the other party but they can't hear me.. So its the OUTBOUND audio that seems to be having the problem..

Does anyone have any ideas or seen this before??
