Connecting a Gigaset C610IP was created by pepps1976
Hi All we have a 2820 IPBX, its all working fine we have a number of Yealink IP phones working fine remotely.
I also have 1 Gigaset C610IP which i am also trying to register with the PBX remotely but for the life of me i cannot get it to register, does anyone have any experiance with these and could help me to get it connected.
Thanks
John

Hi John,
Maybe you got this issue fixed already but if not, in the Gigaset config, go to the account where you have set up the voip account and make sure the Domain field has the correct setting in it - probably "WORKGROUP" unless your system isn't the default name.
Chances are that unless you fill in the Domain field correctly under the Gigaset's settings (not the Draytek) you won't get it working.
