Hi,

New to this form but wa hoping someone could give me some advice.

At work we have a customer who we supply IT services to. They keep reporting a problem with voicemail recieved during silent hours namely between 1700 hrs and 0830- hrs. The recorded messages are very garbled and can not be understood.

This does not happen during the day.

Theres no network trafic at night and the customer is on a lease line so the quality is very good.


Just wondering if anybiody has ceom across this before or someting similar.
