I have two SIP accounts which the equipment shows as both being registered. On SIP configuration 1 is DrayTEL and SIP configuration 2 is Callmaster. I also use the line port connected to the land line.
What I can do is:
1) Call the phone, which is connected to line 1, via both SIP numbers and the land line
2) Call a DrayTEL number by just dialling the number, e.g. 800800
3) Make calls on the the land line by prefixing the numner with #0, e.g. #0 01252758123
Now I would have thought that I could select my second SIP service by prefixing the call with #2, e.g. #2 200920410 but that does not work. How can I dial out on the SIP service no.2?
As for the setup of SIP services, I used the inbuilt wizard to populated the configuration page which on investigation showed this information:

Ticked Authentication ID: 848****

For the Callmaster service, I had to manually input the entries and used:

Ticked Act as outbound proxy
Display Name: My name
Account Number: 200****
Unticked Authentication ID: blank
Password: ********
Expiry Time: 1 hour
Nat: None
Call Forwarding: disabled
Ring Port: Phone 1
Codec: G.729A/B (8Kbps)
Packet Size: 20ms
VAD: Off
Help on this issue would be very much appreciated, i.e. to be able to make an outgoing call on the Callmaster service.
