We use a 2820IPPBX running 3.5.7.1_232201 firmware, with a number of Cisco 303 IP telephones and using a Zen supplied SIP/Broadband facility. This all seems to work very well apart from one niggling issue. When user calls get transferred to Voice Mail, the Voice Mail is recorded OK but after play back, the user is given the normal voice options, of which "2" to delete is generally the one chosen. This does not give an error message and appears to work, however, when the user next goes in to their voice mail, the message is still there. The only way I have found to delete the messages is to log on to the router through the web interface, go to
advanced/USB Application/File Explorer/Voice Mail
then guess which 001, 002, 003......subdirectory relates to the errant phone's voice mail and delete the voice mails via that route.
Users have told me that on occasions the first voice mail has been successfully deleted but subsequent ones have not, however, I cannot verify the accuracy of this statement.
I would be grateful for any suggestions.
