Hi all,

i'm trying to configure portech mv370 with ippbx 2820.

I'm able to make and receive calls, but there's a problem on outgoing calls.

The audio is "One Way".

I post here my config page:

Trunk

If i call directly from an IP phone to Portech the call works fine.
This is Wireshark's flow of working calls:

Is possible to see that RTP flow is bidirectional.

If i call through Vigor IPPBX 2820 i can not hear the voice behind the called phone.
This is Wireshark's flow of unworking call:

In this case the RTP flow is not bidirectional. The called number can hear the caller but can not speak to the caller.

Seems that Vigor blocks the RTP incoming data. The Portech is on LAN side, no WAN so the NAT should not be responsible of this behavior.

Someone?

Thanks
